You will need some sort of step stool for this workout. It doesn’t have to be big, but it does have to support your weight and not budge when you step on it. I used a little collapsible kitchen step stool for this workout; you can use an ottoman or a bench or a chair – whatever you have handy. I also go over variations if you don’t have a step. This is cardio intensive but in an accessible way!

  1. Plank bench surrender to pushup
  2. Box lateral hops
  3. Squat to step up with knee driver
  4. Superman swimmers
  5. Box toe tap to burpees
