By now you must have read through several of our posts, watched our training and instructional videos, and perhaps even engaged in a discussion with our community. You have even checked our Programs and About Us, and are finally preparing to take the next step in trying it out for yourself.
The process is simple:
- Contact us (form below) to make arrangements to visit and watch a class.
- After watching a class you may take a free class.
- If you like it, and if you qualify, then you will be invited back to train
Jiu Jitsu, and in particular, Kobukai Jujitsu is not for everyone. Training is often tough physically. Our belief in this is that it is necessary to be tougher and more willful than any potential antagonist on the street. It is extremely challenging in the beginning no matter what your physical condition. Nevertheless, you will be greatly rewarded in seeing yourself transform.
As such, we have no contracts. We do not push merchandise such as uniforms and gear. Any student is free to walk away at any time. There are no obligations and no hard feelings, ever. We recognize that this business model is uncommon and unfamiliar in today’s highly materialistic, ultra-consumer-centric ad-driven economy. We are able to underwrite a very low-key, no-hassle policy due to the nature of what we do and the manner in which we defray costs. In short, money is the least in our modus operandi.
