Training is conducted three times per week. Classes follow the same overall structure regardless of day. Content is guided by the instructor and the needs of the students present, not by a fixed day-of-week curriculum.
Consistent attendance across all three weekly sessions is part of the program and is included in the training cost.

Tuesdays: 7:00–8:30 PM
Thursdays: 7:00–8:30 PM
Saturdays: 10:00–11:30 AM
Each class draws from the same core training elements. The exact mix may vary based on the group, experience levels, and instructional focus that day.
Not every element appears in every class. Training remains adaptable while maintaining a consistent foundation.
New students begin by scheduling a free introductory class to observe or participate and determine if the training is a good fit.
